executed at the time of account opening and/or subsequently revised. I further
acknowledge receipt and agree to the terms of the bank's Fund Availability Policy,
Truth-In-Savings Policy, Privacy Policy, Electronic Funds Transfer Policy and
any other account disclosures or updates that have been available or provided
to bank customers.
I also understand that policies relating to and/or governing this
agreement are subject to change and that notifications of any changes are addressed
in the preceding agreement. I agree to protect my user ID and access password
and not share them with anyone. I further agree to notify the bank immediately
if my user ID and password have been inadvertently compromised so that my account
information can be protected from unauthorized viewing or usage.
